I just ordered a product. When will it arrived?

Our products are shipped out every day via through our warehouses located in the United States. Delivery time will vary based on where the item is located and where you are located, plus the shipping speed you selected at checkout. However, our standard delivery time is within 7-10 days. Expedited delivery is 5-7 days.

All items are processed a few hours after you order to give you time to edit your order if you made a mistake. Please email us at right after your order if you made a mistake and need to make a change. Once we ship your order, we will no longer be able to edit your order as it is now in transit.

You entered the wrong shipping address, or number of units? Can I change it?

Please email us at within 3 hours of your order. In the event you we’re not able to notify us within 3 hours of your order time and provided us with the wrong shipping address and your package is returned to us, you will be responsible for the shipping charges associated with re-shipping your order. This applies to all orders, regardless if you qualify for free shipping initially. The free shipping applies to the original order, not for the re-shipment.

I placed an order, but I didn’t receive a confirmation email… what’s going on?

Kindly check your junk mail folder to see if your confirmation email was sent there.

Order has not arrived?

Please make sure that depending on the shipping method you choose, that the item is within the date range of arrival. Standard delivery time is within 7-10 days and Expedited delivery is 5-7 days. If the item has not arrived within these time periods, please email us at so that we can look into it for you.

What’s your return/ refund/exchange policy?

If there’s something wrong with your order, (defective product, etc.),  return it to us unused within 90 days of purchase and we’ll be happy to issue a refund or replacement. Simply contact us through before sending the return for directions.
